Nareen Sturges established DSB Assurance to provide practical, fit-for-purpose support to organisations seeking to strengthen compliance, improve operational performance and simplify complex systems.

Nareen has worked across government, healthcare, infrastructure, construction, industrial and service-based environments, supporting organisations to develop management systems and governance frameworks aligned with recognised standards, legislative obligations, organisational requirements and industry best practice. Her approach centres on delivering practical solutions that are usable, proportionate to organisational risk, and grounded in operational reality — not simply written to satisfy a compliance checklist.

Through DSB Assurance, Nareen provides consulting, auditing, governance and assurance services, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, capability uplift and continuous improvement.

Nareen is a qualified ISO Integrated Management System Auditor and Lead Auditor, holding professional membership with relevant industry bodies, and brings practical assurance experience across operational, health, corporate and industrial settings — including mining and industrial environments, health and community services, and professional and corporate services.
